END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and [Your Company Name] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the SJPR application (“Software”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:
(a) distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software to third parties;
(b) modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software;
(c) use the Software for illegal activities or in violation of any laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software is owned by Company and protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Company.

5. User Data

Company may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate updates and support associated with the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
